WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR                    
The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with the construction industry, ideally with plumbing and HVAC specifically and has an acute attention for detail. They are analytical and experienced with organizing all aspects of digital media and digital marketing activities including e-blasts, web site design and management, Facebook, Linked-in, Twitter etc.  This person must have a BA or higher degree and 2 to 5 years of related experience. They must also be able to work well in a team environment. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask while remaining focused in high-pressure situations. This person must be highly detail oriented and have an exacting editing ability while always keeping the big picture in mind.  In addition, the Digital Marketing Specialist must be a self-starter, willing to take responsibility, have a positive customer focused attitude and be resourceful, and enthusiastic about this position and company. 

·         This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager
·         Limited travel (1% of the year)
·         Maintenance of Navien website and microsites on Wordpress
·         Work with Digital Marketing Coordinator on Navien’s digital advertising plan and implementation thereof
·         Supervision of all customer-focused e-communication including concepting and writing
·         Planning of Navien’s social media and email calendars
  •           Drive qualified prospects through integrated marketing campaigns including various acquisition tactics (SEM, Display, Remarketing,           Social Media, SEO, etc.)
  •           Collect, analyze and recommend new strategies and optimization of current campaigns to continually improve the ROI and reach               target goals
·         Engage with customers to locate Navien installations that can be written about and promoted, including some writing about said               projects
·         Maintaining and managing Navien’s SEO activities
·         Maintain company database in coordination with Training Coordinator and Act-on software
·         Coordinate with overseas headquarters as needed to manage integrations as needed
·         Maintain a solid understanding of lead generation best practices and user behavior to create communications and campaigns that           drive targeted calls-to-actions throughout the year
·         Develop, manage  and execute A/B testing plans and nurture an environment of constant test and learn with the team
·         Gather insights, manage tracking and reporting on new leads, prospects and customers and other key marketing KPI’s.
  • ·          Manage execution of our SEO strategy including developing and launching Google Adwords campaigns, monitoring keywords,                    weekly and monthly reporting and optimizing landing pages for conversion
·         Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Marketing, Business, or Communication
·         Must have 2-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation
·         Applied knowledge and experience in the following:
          o   SEO
          o   Google Adwords
          o   Google Analytics
          o   Wordpress
          o   A/B Testing
          o   Social Media advertising
·         At least 1 year working with Marketing Automation software (Act-On preferred, can include Hubspot, Marketo)
·         Must have at least 1 year experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter,             etc.)

·         Previous experience in Navien’s plumbing and HVAC industry
·         HTML editing skills
·         Experience with customer loyalty programs for B2B businesses
